360° Information Architecture, User Experience Research & Interface Design for Aero Teardrops




Project Overview


As the UX Designer for Aero Teardrops, I spearheaded a comprehensive rebranding initiative to modernize the company’s identity and elevate user engagement. Drawing on user research, I crafted an adventure-inspired brand aesthetic and designed low and high-fidelity wireframes to guide visual identity  design interactive, user-friendly website, brochures and new logo.

Problem 



Brand lacked cohesive, modern branding, with outdated visuals and messaging in a competitive market. 

Customers praised in-person and phone sales, but the website had poor accessibility, broken links, and unintuitive design leading to low user retention and high bounce rates.

With increased competition in the teardrop trailer market, Aero Teardrops needed a modern, engaging website to differentiate itself.

Solution



+ Market research, user interviews, and usability testing to identify challenges in the digital user experience.

+ Developed a modern, intuitive, and highly responsive website, including a new logo, user flow and SEO-optimized storytelling

+  Leverage these insights to produce a 360

Key Impact



Enhanced user experience and streamlined purchase flow resulted in a noticeable increase in conversions.

25 % boost in trailer conversion rates with the month of May (2 months after new web and brand launch) yielding the month with the highest recorded numnber of trailor orders  

32% Increase in user engagement within the first two months of website launch
